Overview of the Consolidated Flat Tax (with Double Taxation)

Freedom Act is fully costed by adjusting the VAT threshold to £12,000/$12,000 a year and a £24/$33 an hour minimum wage

All taxes are abolished under the Freedom Act except for a Consolidated Flat Tax, Corporate Tax, VAT, Import VAT

All other taxes, tax credits, duties, tariffs are abolished (including Council Tax, Business Rates, Car Tax)

Consolidated Flat Tax helps traders afford high wages (for a government surplus independently)

£12,000/$12,000 VAT threshold and a £24/$33 an hour minimum wage will cause UK/US medium inflation to 4%, medium inflation is good

Consolidated Flat Tax does not eliminate Capital Gains Tax and Dividend Tax

Consolidated Flat Tax does tax only income at a flat tax rate so it does eliminate Stamp Duty Tax, Inheritance Tax, Gift Tax

Consolidated Flat Tax does eliminate all tax allowances except for a Consolidated Flat Tax allowance

If artists want UBI they can tell studios and publishers to defer their income in an untouched account until they want to cash out

Studios and publishers can pay artists a $3500 monthly or $40,000 yearly income combined (to be on the safe side)

UBI amount is near the minimum wage of a 40 hour week after tax (80% of wage)

UBI eligibility limit is yearly income equal to 80% of the UBI amount (as a function for people to get back into work)

Because 32 hours is strangely 80% of 40 hours and income tax is indirectly 80%, it means everyone would work a 32 paid hour week and claim UBI

Because a 32 total hour week is so desirable

Also to stop 100% of citizens claiming UBI of a middle class level (x2 average rent) which no government could afford if it's 100% of the budget

So it has to be nearly 80% of 32 hours because 6.5 hours daily paid + 1.5 hour daily break is indirectly 8 hours x 4 days = 26 hour paid week

80% of $4500 equals to a 25.1 gross hour week so you can work a 25.1 hour week and claim UBI as a function for people to get back into work

If average DC rent exceeds $2500 a month then upgrade to a $35 an hour minimum wage and $5000 a month UBI (under a $48,000 yearly income)

If average DC rent exceeds $2750 a month then upgrade to a $40 an hour minimum wage and $5500 a month UBI (under a $52,800 yearly income)
